Comprehensive Health Evaluation:

The first step in our program is a comprehensive assessment of your overall health and well-being. It involves a thorough evaluation of medical history, lifestyle habits, physical examination, laboratory tests, and possibly imaging studies. The evaluation helps identify any existing health issues, risk factors, and potential problems, allowing for early intervention and personalized treatment plans.

After the evaluation, your provider will develop a personalized treatment plan which may cover one or more of the following.

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy:

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) is a type of hormone therapy that uses hormones that are structurally identical to the ones produced by the human body. This therapy is often used to alleviate symptoms of menopause, perimenopause, and andropause, including hot flashes, mood swings, and decreased libido. Testosterone therapy:

Thyroid disorders:

Thyroid disorders refer to conditions that affect the thyroid gland, a small gland located in the neck that produces hormones that regulate metabolism. Thyroid disorders can cause a range of symptoms, including fatigue, weight changes, and mood disturbances. Treatment may involve medication, lifestyle changes, and/or surgery.

Cardiovascular health:

Cardiovascular health refers to the health of the heart and blood vessels. Good cardiovascular health is essential for overall health and well-being, as it reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other cardiovascular conditions. Maintaining good cardiovascular health involves adopting healthy lifestyle habits, such as regular exercise, a balanced diet, and stress management.

Adrenal Fatigue therapy:

Adrenal fatigue is said to occur when the adrenal glands are unable to produce enough hormones in response to stress, leading to fatigue, weight gain, and other symptoms. Treatment may involve lifestyle changes, supplements, and/or medication.

Long-term weight management:

Long-term weight management involves developing healthy habits and strategies to maintain a healthy weight over the long term. This may involve a combination of dietary changes, exercise, stress management, and behavioral therapy.

Diabetes and prediabetes:

Gut health:

Gut health refers to the health and balance of the digestive system, including the stomach, intestines, and microbiome. Good gut health is important for overall health and well-being and may be improved through dietary changes, probiotics, and other interventions.

Brain health:

Brain health refers to the health and function of the brain and nervous system. Maintaining good brain health is important for cognitive function, mood, and overall well-being. Strategies for improving brain health may include cognitive training, physical exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Stress management:

Stress management involves developing strategies to cope with and reduce stress. Stress can have negative effects on both physical and mental health and can lead to a range of health problems if left unchecked. Strategies for managing stress may include exercise, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
