Once your Membership payment is processed, your fitness journey begins immediately and lasts for a whole year. Your Membership will automatically renew annually, making it easy to stay committed to your health and fitness goals. You can cancel anytime if you need to catch your breath, although we are pretty sure you won’t want to!
